If you suffer with any of the following conditions, which are approved for Kentucky medical marijuana use, you are eligible for the program. 

Cancer - any type or form

Epilepsy

Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome

Chronic or severe pain (this can be a result of any condition that causes you pain)

Multiple sclerosis

PTSD  (post-traumatic stress disorder)
